According to the People's Committee of Hai Duong City, the city has completed the inventory of all 115 land plots in Thuong Dat and Xuan Duong areas (Tu Minh ward) to carry out site clearance for the project to renovate and expand Vu Cong Dan Street.
It is expected that by November 30, the specialized agency will complete the compensation and support plan, publicly post it and request appraisal and approval of the plan. If the households agree with the compensation and site clearance plan, around December 25, the city will hand over the site for construction of the 550 m section of the Vu Cong Dan road renovation and expansion project. In case there are households that do not agree, it will take an additional 40-60 days to complete the enforcement dossier and construction support report.
Currently, the project's site clearance work is facing some difficulties because the households have the same land origin but the regulations at each time of granting land use right certificates on the land use limit are different. Therefore, households have to compare compensation and support policies. Some households only have part of the land recovered, the remaining area is smaller than the minimum area, not eligible for land division, requesting permission to sell or give to adjacent households, but these cases are not eligible for resettlement...
At the end of August, Hai Duong City completed package 5 to construct 600m of Vu Cong Dan Street expansion, starting from the connection point with Truong Chinh Street.
