General Secretary attends and gives direction speech at the 13th Congress of Vietnam Trade Union

On the morning of December 2, 2023, the solemn session of the 13th Congress of the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor, term 2023-2028, with the motto "Innovation - Democracy - Solidarity - Development" took place at the National Convention Center in Hanoi. General Secretary Nguyen Phu Trong attended and delivered a speech.
