For inland waterways managed by the Central Government, the Inland Waterways Sub-Department of Region I also restricted inland waterway traffic in the navigational channels of many bridges in Hai Duong.
After the river water level receded, to ensure the smooth operation of waterway traffic again, the Inland Waterways Sub-Department of Region I announced the end of inland waterway traffic restrictions in the navigational bays of the bridges. The Hai Duong Department of Transport also gradually ended inland waterway traffic restrictions on local rivers.
