In Cam Phuc commune, there were 7 cases of illegal leveling and construction of solid structures on 1,205 m2 of land 03 in Canh Ban area (Le Xa village) for a long time but were not detected, prevented, or handled. These are violations that have caused serious consequences, negatively affecting the reputation of the Party Committee and the government of Cam Phuc commune.

Decision to discipline the Party Committee of Cam Phuc commune for the 2020-2025 term by reprimand. Discipline in the form of warning for comrade Vu Van Tho, Deputy Head of the District Relic Management Board, former Secretary of the Party Committee of Cam Phuc commune for the 2020-2025 term. During his tenure as Secretary of the Party Committee of the commune, he was irresponsible, lax in leadership, management, and inspection and supervision of the People's Committee of the commune in managing, preventing and handling violations of land laws. As the person directly in charge of the Le Xa Party Cell, he failed to inspect and supervise, allowing the above violations to occur. Previously in 2017, when he was Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee and Chairman of the People's Committee of Cam Phuc commune, comrade Tho was disciplined in the form of reprimand.

Dismiss from all positions in the Party for the 2020-2025 term comrade Nguyen Xuan Chac, Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee, Chairman of the People's Committee of Cam Phuc commune, due to lack of responsibility in the management and operation of construction and land; when detecting violations, he did not resolutely prevent and handle them thoroughly; did not report to the Party Committee of the commune and the People's Committee of the district.

Disciplinary action in the form of warning against party member Bui Van Que, a civil servant of the commune's land and construction department, due to lack of responsibility in performing duties and tasks, failure to inspect and supervise land and construction management; failure to closely follow assigned areas and tasks, failure to inspect, detect, prevent and handle the above serious and prolonged violations.
