Change of functions and tasks of units under the Office of Hai Duong Provincial People's Committee

Including Decision No. 14/2024/QD-UBND dated May 17, 2024 of the Provincial People's Committee amending Point a, Clause 2, Article 3 of Decision No. 23/2022/QD-UBND dated December 20, 2022 of the Provincial People's Committee stipulating the functions, tasks, powers and organizational structure of the Office of the Hai Duong Provincial People's Committee.See decision here.

On March 29, 2024, the Provincial People's Committee issued Decision No. 699/QD-UBND approving the Project to adjust and rearrangep reorganize the apparatus of the Office of the People's Committee of Hai Duong province in the direction of streamlining, effective and efficient operation. In particular, transferring the function of advising on state management of administrative procedure control and administrative procedure reform undertaken by the Department of Internal Affairs - Administrative Procedure Control to the Provincial Public Administration Service Center, changing the functions and tasks of a number of departments and units under the Office of the People's Committee of Hai Duong province. Therefore, the issuance of the Decision amending Article 3 of Decision No. 23/2022/QD-UBND dated December 20, 2022 of the Provincial People's Committee stipulating the functions, tasks, powers and organizational structure of the Office of the People's Committee of Hai Duong province is necessary.

According to Decision No. 14/2024/QD-UBND dated May 17, 2024 of the Provincial People's Committee, the Provincial People's Committee Office currently has the following Departments: General, Economic - Finance, Sectoral Economics, Internal Affairs, Science - Culture - Society, Foreign Affairs, Administration - Management and the Provincial Citizen Reception Committee, Provincial Public Administration Service Center.

The press release also stated that Decision No. 13/2024/QD-UBND dated May 7, 2024 of the Provincial People's Committee abolished Decision No. 41/2020/QD-UBND dated July 21, 2020 of the Provincial People's Committee on assigning the number and arrangement of commune-level cadres and civil servants in Hai Duong province.

Decision No. 15/2024/QD-UBND dated May 23, 2024 of the Provincial People's Committee amending Article 2 of Decision No. 32/2023/QD-UBND dated October 4, 2023 of the Provincial People's Committee promulgating regulations on collection, transportation and treatment of medical solid waste in Hai Duong province.
