On the morning of January 21 (the 30th day of the Lunar New Year), Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh visited and wished a happy New Year to cadres, doctors, medical staff, and patients being treated at Viet Duc Friendship Hospital (Hanoi) and attended the program "Loving Tet - Sharing Tet" in the spring of Quy Mao 2023 organized by the hospital.
