Focus on disseminating the results of the 8th Central Conference, Session XIII

At the conference, Comrade Nguyen Quang Phuc, Standing Committee member, Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Propaganda Department, announced the results of the 8th Central Conference of the 13th tenure; information on the world and regional situation and the results of the Party and State's foreign affairs work in recent times. The representative of the Provincial Police informed about the basic contents and notable points of the 2022 Mobile Police Law.

Orienting the propaganda work in the coming time, the leader of the Provincial Party Committee's Propaganda Department requested the Propaganda Departments of District Party Committees, Town Party Committees, City Party Committees, Party Committees directly under the Provincial Party Committee, provincial-level socio-political organizations, reporters at all levels and grassroots propagandists to focus on propagating the results of the 8th Central Conference, 13th tenure. Propaganda work needs to pay attention to the following key contents: Socio-economic situation, state budget in 2023, plan for 2024; 3-year state financial and budget plan 2024 - 2026 and roadmap for implementing the new salary regime; summarizing 10 years of implementing Resolution 5 of the 11th Central Committee on a number of social policy issues in the period 2012 - 2020; summarizing 20 years of implementing Resolution 7 of the 9th Central Committee on promoting the strength of national great unity for a rich people, a strong country, a fair, democratic and civilized society; Summary of 15 years of implementing Resolution 7 of the 10th Central Committee on building a contingent of intellectuals in the period of promoting industrialization and modernization of the country; Summary of 10 years of implementing Resolution 8 of the 11th Central Committee on the Strategy for protecting the Fatherland in the new situation.

Propaganda about the 6th Session of the 15th National Assembly needs to ensure objectivity, comprehensiveness, and timeliness, contributing to accurately and fully conveying the session's developments to voters and people nationwide.

In November 2023, the provincial propaganda system needs to focus on propagating the 106th anniversary of the Russian October Revolution (November 7, 1917 - November 7, 2023), affirming the stature, historical and contemporary significance of the Russian October Revolution for the world revolutionary movement and the Vietnamese revolution; propagating the 203rd anniversary of F. Engels's birth (November 28, 1820 - November 28, 2023).

Promote propaganda about major political events of the country and the province, including strengthening propaganda work on mass media, social networking sites of agencies, localities and units about the history of events and commemorative activities: 21 years of the Declaration on the Conduct of Parties in the East Sea (November 4, 2002 - November 4, 2023); 93 years of the founding of the Vietnam National United Front (November 18, 1930 - November 18, 2023); 41 years of Vietnam Teachers' Day (November 20, 1982 - November 20, 2023); 83 years of the Southern Uprising Day (November 23, 1940 - November 23, 2023) ...
