Previously, on the afternoon of May 31, Mr. Nguyen Van B. (31 years old, from My Duc district, Hanoi) living in HH2C Linh Dam apartment building, Hoang Liet ward, Hoang Mai district, Hanoi went with Vu Khanh C. to Hoang Liet ward police station. Here, Mr. B. reported that through camera extraction, he discovered that the nanny, Vu Khanh C., had abused a 1-month-old girl, Mr. B's biological child.
Also on the afternoon of May 31, camera footage of a 1-month-old baby being abused appeared on many social networking sites.
