Using loudspeakers to advertise sales makes noise and repetition, making people very tired and frustrated. This situation is quite common in Hai Duong City.
In some markets in Hai Duong city such as Hai Tan, Kho Do, Dong Ngo Quyen..., people on motorbikes often use loudspeakers mounted on their vehicles to advertise their products. The gate of Dong Ngo Quyen market (opposite Nguyen Hoi street) also often has people selling goods in this way. Pre-recorded advertisements inviting people to buy durian, strawberries, sweet potatoes... are played repeatedly throughout the day. These vehicles are all parked near residential areas, making many people very upset and calling it a "torture" type of advertising.

Not only causing noise, this behavior also violates the regulation on advertising by loudspeakers, as stipulated in Article 44 of Decree 38/2021/ND-CP, dated June 1, 2021. Specifically, a fine of 3 - 5 million VND will be imposed for advertising by loudspeakers and other similar forms mounted on means of transport, mobile vehicles in the inner city and inner city of cities and towns. In case of violation, the exhibits will also be confiscated.
