The Political Department of the Hai Duong Provincial Military Command received the Second Class Fatherland Protection Medal.

Authorized by the President, Major General Nguyen Nam Tien, Chief of Political Affairs of Military Region 3, awarded the Second Class Fatherland Protection Medal to the Political Department, Military Command of Hai Duong province.

In 2022, the Political Department of the Hai Duong Provincial Military Command was honored to receive the Second-class Fatherland Protection Medal from the President for its outstanding achievements in combat training, building the people's army, and consolidating national defense from 2017-2021, contributing to the cause of national construction and defense.

In recent years, the Political Department has done a good job of advising and directing the implementation of political education work in the entire force; directed and guided agencies and units to complete 100% of the content and programs of political and legal education for the subjects; implemented well the emulation and reward work; strictly implemented the launching, preliminary and final review of the annual "Determined to Win" emulation movement and the sudden and peak emulation periods in the provincial armed forces... From 2017-2022, units in the provincial armed forces have helped over 70 families in difficult circumstances to develop their economy; implemented well the program "Warm comradeship, joining hands to nurture green shoots", donated 250 bicycles, 20 bookcases, 20 desks, 27 tuition fees, 55 school bags, 100 gifts, with a total amount of nearly 500 million VND; Sponsored 10 elementary school students with special difficulties...
