Family, school and society need to coordinate
At the Forum, Deputy Prime Minister Tran Hong Ha praised and highly appreciated the efforts of young people to overcome difficulties and rise up; at the same time, he expected that the young generation will create miracles to bring Vietnam to the stage of glory, standing shoulder to shoulder with the world powers as beloved Uncle Ho always wished. The Deputy Prime Minister also highly appreciated the Ministry of Labor, War Invalids and Social Affairs, the Central Committee of the Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union, the Ministry of Education and Training, the National Assembly's Committee on Culture and Education; a number of ministries, branches, organizations and localities have recently deployed and expanded many models on children's participation rights. To create a safe and healthy living environment for all children, the Deputy Prime Minister requested ministries, branches, localities, and socio-political organizations to continue listening, considering, and responding to children's opinions and appropriate aspirations. In particular, it is necessary to focus on strengthening the coordination of all three factors: Family, school, and society to give love and the best to children; focus on teaching, fostering knowledge, training soft skills, life skills, helping children cope with violence, physical or mental abuse, drowning, etc.

Units need to develop cultural and safe codes of conduct on the Internet; effectively prevent bad, toxic information and inappropriate content. It is necessary to launch a movement to protect the green, clean and beautiful environment, forming a friendly lifestyle, in harmony with nature for children. Functional units need to create more channels and forums for children to express their wishes, participate in building and perfecting policies specifically for them.
The Deputy Prime Minister emphasized: Each family, all levels, sectors and the whole society, with responsibility and love, need to take more practical actions to care for teenagers and children, especially those in difficult circumstances, in remote areas, border areas and islands so that all children are cared for, develop comprehensively, and live in love and a safe and healthy living environment.
The Deputy Prime Minister hopes that children will become the nucleus of spreading love, kindness, love of work, eagerness to learn, always remember and do well the "Five teachings of Uncle Ho", worthy of being good children, good students, with dreams, ambitions, and aspirations for the future of the Fatherland.

Answering the question about how agencies and organizations can grasp information and issues related to children in the fastest and most effective way, First Secretary of the Central Youth Union Bui Quang Huy said that the mechanisms for grasping information about children are currently very diverse. Regarding solutions to prevent and combat drowning, Director of the Department of Children Dang Hoa Nam said that recently, the Ministry of Labor, War Invalids and Social Affairs has coordinated with relevant ministries and branches to implement a program to prevent and combat accidents and injuries for children, especially drowning prevention. Currently, many provinces and cities across the country have effectively implemented a model of free safe swimming lessons for children. In particular, in Nghe An, Dong Thap..., the Provincial People's Council has issued a Resolution to allocate funds to support the construction of free safe swimming pools in poor communes. The Ministry of Labor, War Invalids and Social Affairs and the Department of Children are also researching policies to support poor children and children in difficult circumstances to participate in free swimming classes, helping to reduce drowning accidents for children.
