Mr. Truong Dinh Vuong has removed the illegal shack of the irrigation project in Gia Loc.

Earlier that morning, the People's Committee of Doan Thuong commune had drawn up a record of administrative violations with an increased penalty for repeat offenses, requiring Mr. Vuong's household to voluntarily dismantle the newly built temporary shack that violated the protection corridor of the Dinh Dao canal irrigation project.

The dismantling, clearing of violations, and restoration of the original status were completed in the afternoon of the same day.

Previously, since the end of 2023, Mr. Vuong poured concrete, built steel-frame houses, and erected temporary shelters on areas outside the scope of land use rights. The People's Committee of Doan Thuong Commune has imposed administrative penalties and requested Mr. Vuong not to commit any violations.

On the afternoon of April 22 and morning of April 23, Hai Duong electronic newspaper and Hai Duong current affairs newspaper published readers' opinions."Mr. Truong Dinh Vuong built another shack violating the irrigation works in Doan Thuong commune (Gia Loc)"reflect the above violation.

The case was directed to be resolutely handled by the Chairman of Gia Loc District People's Committee.
