Old car models priced at only 300 million VND, suitable for first-time buyers

VinFast Fadil 2020-2021

Fadil is a strategic car model of Vietnamese car manufacturer VinFast in the period of 2020-2021 and has also achieved many months of best-selling in the Vietnamese market. Currently, this A-class car model only costs 280-300 million VND for the standard version produced in 2020, while the high-end Fadil Plus version of the same generation costs only about 20-40 million VND more.

- Advantage:The car uses a powerful 1.4L engine, solid body, good soundproofing, and many safety technologies.

- Disadvantages:Small cars are cramped if used with a lot of people or luggage, and consume more fuel than cars of the same size.

Honda City 2016-2017

Honda City is the best-selling car model of Honda Vietnam, and in the used car market, this model is also sought after by many customers. Currently, a Honda City produced in 2016-2017 with automatic transmission costs about 290-330 million VND depending on the version and condition of the car.

- Advantage:Youthful design, spacious interior, many modern facilities, suitable for families of 3-4 people.

- Disadvantages:Loud noise when driving at high speed, air conditioner has rear seat vents but does not cool deeply, plastic and leather (felt) parts in the interior quickly deteriorate,...

Nissan Sunny 2018-2019

Also in the B-segment sedan segment, Nissan Sunny is considered a good suggestion for those who are looking to buy a high-end car but have limited financial resources. Currently, the Nissan Sunny model manufactured in 2018-2019 only costs around 300-320 million VND.

- Advantage:Newer than B-class cars of the same price range, spacious interior, fuel efficient and less prone to breakdowns

- Disadvantages:The appearance is not very eye-catching, the equipment is only adequate, even rudimentary, and the soundproofing is not really good.

Ford Focus 2014

Although the American Focus model is no longer distributed in Vietnam, it has been highly appreciated by users for many generations. In the used car market, 10-year-old Focus cars are being sold for around 300-330 million VND, depending on the version and quality of the car.

- Advantage:The car has a beautiful design, strong engine, stable operation, many safety features and driver support that are still quite trendy today.

- Disadvantages:The back seat is quite cramped, fuel-consuming, high maintenance costs, and some cars may have transmission failures.

Chevrolet Cruze 2017-2018

Located in the C-segment sedan segment, the Chevrolet Cruze has a relatively "soft" price compared to its competitors. In the used car market, the "last" generation Cruze (produced in 2017-2018) is only priced at around 300 million VND, but this is still a car model that is considered worth buying.

- Advantage:Affordable price, beautiful design, spacious interior, modern equipment, solid operation, good soundproofing.

- Disadvantages:Fuel-consuming, interior materials deteriorate quickly and the car has some minor faults.
