Group 'CHỒ ĐÔNG' with more than 63,500 members has offensive content and images

On November 18, on the Facebook page "CHỒ ĐÔNG" with more than 63,500 members, some members posted offensive images and content.

Specifically, members with personal Facebook names such as Tue H., Tiep T., Tram C. posted the same two photos, which were of a girl dressed in revealing clothes. The content of the posts was also similar, such as: "Discounting the price by 400 for each one. It won't disappoint you, beautiful figure and...".

In addition, another member also posted 2 photos of the girl with similar content as above: "Dropping the price of 2XX for 1 piece...".

The act of posting offensive images on social networks as above violates the provisions of Decree 15/2020/ND-CP. Specifically, the fine ranges from 10-20 million VND for the act of taking advantage of social networks to "providing and sharing information that promotes bad customs, superstition, obscenity, depravity, and is inconsistent with the nation's traditions and customs".
