Thanh Dong Real Estate Joint Stock Company has announced the receipt of applications for purchasing social housing in the Social Housing Project in the new urban area south of Hai Duong City - Phase 2.
Accordingly, the subjects eligible to register to buy are those who are entitled to social housing policies according to the provisions of the Housing Law.
The expected number of sales is 43 social houses in the form of townhouses, 5-storey building, area from 49.4 - 60 m2.2/unit, price 4,815,000 VND/m2construction floor
Application for purchase of social housing according to the provisions of Decree No. 100/2024/ND-CP dated July 26, 2024 of the Government on development and management of social housing, Circular No. 05/2024/TT-BXD dated July 31, 2024 of the Ministry of Construction guiding the implementation of some contents of Decree No. 100.
Application period is from February 28 to March 28, 2025.
The specific time for starting the sale will be announced after all the conditions of the State agency are met. The investor can only sign a social housing sale contract with the customer when all the conditions for sale are met according to the provisions of the law on housing.
Article 76 of the 2023 Housing Law stipulates that beneficiaries of social housing support policies include:

2. Poor and near-poor households in rural areas.

6. Workers and laborers working at enterprises, cooperatives, and cooperative unions inside and outside industrial parks.
7. Officers, professional soldiers, non-commissioned officers of the people's armed forces, police workers, civil servants, defense workers and public employees currently serving in the army; people working in cryptographic work, people working in other positions in cryptographic organizations receiving salaries from the state budget currently working.
8. Cadres, civil servants and public employees as prescribed by law on cadres, civil servants and public employees.
9. The subject has returned the official residence according to the provisions of Clause 4, Article 125 of this Law, except in cases where the official residence was revoked due to violations of the provisions of this Law.
10. Households and individuals whose land is recovered and whose houses must be cleared and demolished according to the provisions of law but have not yet received compensation from the State in the form of houses and residential land.
11. Students of universities, academies, colleges, vocational schools, specialized schools as prescribed by law; students of public boarding schools for ethnic minorities.
12. Enterprises, cooperatives, cooperative unions in industrial parks.
