Spain beats France to reach EURO 2024 final

Kylian Mbappe played without the inconvenient mask in this match. With the obstacle removed from his vision, the French captain made a pass to Kolo Muani to open the scoring in the 9th minute.

After the first few minutes of attacking play, the early goal caused the Spanish team to lose their rhythm. However, Lamine Yamal's moment of brilliance completely changed the situation.

The Spanish team's "prodigy" made a beautiful long-range shot to equalize in the 25th minute. Yamal-16 years old became the youngest player in history to score in the EURO arena.

Spain is not only blessed with excellent Yamal. Dani Olmo - the player who replaced Pedri (injured) continued to show impressive form.

Spain scored 2 goals in less than 5 minutes to turn the game around. The French team was confused. Their midfield was completely outclassed by their opponents. Mbappe did not have any more coordination with his teammates to create opportunities.

In the second half, the French team went all out to attack. However, Mbappe continued to play individually and his teammates were unable to pass the ball to this star in a favorable position. France pressed the field throughout the second half but only had 2 shots on target - both of which failed to trouble the Spanish goalkeeper.

Coach Didier Deschamps brought on Antoine Griezmann, Bradley Barcola and Olivier Giroud. However, the French team's attacking efficiency did not improve. They did not score any goals in the second half.

Spain won 2-1 and qualified for the EURO 2024 final.
