The People's Committee of Hai Duong province submitted proposals to issue resolutions of the Provincial People's Council on: Allocation of the 5-year public investment plan for local budget capital 2021-2025 (capital managed by the province); decision on investment policies for a number of public investment projects; adjustment of the Hai Duong Province Urban Development Program to 2030 and the Chi Linh City Urban Development Program to 2040.
The Provincial People's Council is expected to consider many specific policies, including: Support mechanism for implementing social housing construction investment projects; land rent exemption for projects using land for production and business purposes in preferential industries and occupations; tuition fees at public educational institutions that self-finance regular expenses; support for tourism development in the province; support, attraction, treatment, and training of medical human resources at public agencies and units; support for trained workers; support for members of poor households and households that have escaped poverty; policies for people with meritorious services; support for civil servants of "one-stop" departments at all levels...
