State Bank supplements some provisions of the process of buying and selling gold bars

Accordingly, in Article 13, the notice of buying and selling gold bars is amended and supplemented as follows: At least 2 hours before the time the State Bank organizes the buying and selling of gold bars, the State Foreign Exchange Reserve Management Department shall send a notice of buying and selling gold bars via email to credit institutions and enterprises that have established a relationship of buying and selling gold bars with the State Bank at the registered email address.

The Decision also clearly states that, in Article 22 on the Gold Bar Purchase and Sale Implementation Team, it is amended and supplemented: The State Bank establishes a Gold Bar Purchase and Sale Implementation Team to assist the State Foreign Exchange Reserve Management Department in organizing the purchase and sale of gold bars according to the approved gold bar purchase and sale plan. Article 2 of this decision abolishes Clause 1, Article 1 of Decision 2236/QD-NHNN dated November 27, 2023 of the Governor of the State Bank amending and supplementing a number of articles of the Procedure for buying and selling gold bars of the State Bank of Vietnam issued together with Decision 563/QD-NHNN.
