Due to the lack of traffic lights, traffic at Tieu Lam intersection, Ngu Hung commune (Thanh Mien, Hai Duong) is chaotic and unsafe.
On provincial road 392B, through Tieu Lam village, Ngu Hung commune (Thanh Mien), two intersections are being formed, about 10 meters apart. They are Tieu Lam intersection (intersection of provincial roads 392B and 396) and the new intersection (intersection of the provincial East-West axis road and provincial road 392B). This area is near Ngu Hung - Thanh Giang industrial cluster.
Recently, the traffic light cluster at Tieu Lam intersection has been moved to a new location, the intersection between Provincial Road 392B and the provincial East-West axis road. However, because the provincial East-West axis road has not been put into use, the installation of the traffic light cluster at the above location is not necessary.
