Reply:Pursuant to Clause 1, Article 5 of Decree 02/2017/ND-CP, the regulations on the level of support for damage to industrial crops and perennial fruit trees caused by natural disasters are as follows:
+ Damage over 70%, support 4 million VND/ha.
+ Damage from 30% - 70%, support 2 million VND/ha.
Damaged production households are considered for support when they meet all of the following conditions:
- Production must not be contrary to the planning, plans and agricultural production instructions of local authorities.
- Damage occurs when preventive measures and response to natural disasters have been fully and promptly implemented according to the guidance and direction of specialized agencies and local authorities.
- Time of damage: during the time of natural disaster in the area confirmed by the local Command Committee for Natural Disaster Prevention and Search and Rescue.
The application for support for damage to industrial crops and perennial fruit trees caused by storms includes the following documents:
- Application for support for damage caused by natural disasters.
- Initial production declaration.
- Statistical table of damage caused by natural disasters confirmed by the village, hamlet, and residential area.
