At around 1:00 p.m. on March 24, at his residence in Dai Dong village, Dong Cam commune, Vu Minh Quy (born in 1998) illegally sold a package of methamphetamine (also known as crystal meth) to Oanh (a local) for 400,000 VND. After purchasing the drugs, Oanh went to the land in Dong Cam commune to use it, but was discovered by Kim Thanh district police, who made a record, sealed it, and managed the evidence.
On the same day, during an emergency search of Quy's residence, the police seized two plastic bags containing white crystalline substance, one small scale and many plastic bag covers.
