Hai Ba Trung District in Hanoi is expected to auction 5 plots of land in mid-January 2025. The starting price for each plot is over 12 billion VND.
Bao Phong Joint Stock Auction Company in coordination with the Civil Judgment Enforcement Office of Hai Ba Trung District will organize an auction of the right to use 148.4 square meters of land at plot No. 120-1-6 on the afternoon of January 16, 2025.
Auctioned land plot at address group 19B (now number 285 - spontaneous number, Nguyen Khoi street, group 21), Thanh Luong ward, Hai Ba Trung district).
The starting price of the auctioned land is over 14.84 billion VND. The deposit is over 1.48 billion VND and participants must pay before 5:00 p.m. on January 15.
Auction participants must submit registration documents before 5:00 p.m. on January 13, 2025. The auction will take place at Bao Phong Joint Stock Auction Company (Hanoi).
Next, these two units will auction land plots No. 120-1-1, 120-1-2, 120-1-3 and 120-1-6 on January 17, 2025.
The land plots are also located at Group 19B (now No. 285 - spontaneous number, Nguyen Khoi Street, Group 21), Thanh Luong Ward, Hai Ba Trung District.
The area of the auctioned plots ranges from 124.4 to 139.5 m2. Starting prices range from over 12.1 billion VND to over 14.8 billion VND/plot.
Participants submit registration documents by 5:00 p.m. on January 14, 2025. The deposit for each plot of land is from more than 1.2-1.4 billion VND.
The auctions will take place at Bao Phong Joint Stock Auction Company.
According to the newly issued adjusted land price list in Hanoi, effective from December 20, 2024 to December 31, 2025, in Hai Ba Trung district, the highest adjusted land price is on Nguyen Du Street (section from Quang Trung to Tran Binh Trong), Hue Street (section from Nguyen Du to Nguyen Cong Tru) at over 368 million VND/m2. This price is nearly 3.5 times higher than the old price list.
On Nguyen Khoi Street, the area with the above-mentioned auctioned land plots, according to the new land price list, the land price on Nguyen Khoi Street (inside the dike) from the beginning of the street to the end of the district, the highest price is over 95.2 million VND/m2.
In Nguyen Khoi Street area (outside the dike), the land price in the most expensive location is more than 87.2 million VND/m2.
