A man in Thanh Ha, along with a pump and an electrical outlet, fell into a pond and died.

At around 12 noon on October 3, Mr. BVH (born in 1975) in Trang Liet 1 village, Thanh Son commune (Thanh Ha) used a water pump to drain the pond in his garden. While pumping water, Mr. H. slipped and fell into the pond and was electrocuted. Mr. H.'s two children heard the noise, ran outside and discovered him in the pond, so they called out to everyone.

After that, Ms. Tran Thi Sau and Mr. Tran Van Thiep, Mr. H's neighbor, went to the scene and saw him, along with the pump and the electrical outlet, in the pond. Ms. Sau ran out to unplug the electrical cord from Mr. H's porch and together with Mr. Thiep brought him to shore and gave him first aid. Mr. H had died.
