Messi created and scored a great goal to help Inter Miami come back

Messi only returned to play for Inter Miami last week, after about 3 weeks of injury treatment. He quickly scored to help his team hold Colorado to a 2-2 draw.

This week, the Argentine star made his mark once again. Inter Miami got off to a poor start against Sporting Kansas, allowing Erik Thommy to score in the 6th minute after a mistake in midfield.

In the context of Inter Miami's difficulties, Messi still knew how to shine. In a relatively narrow space, he launched a delicate pass to help Diego Gomez escape and equalize 1-1.

Messi's ability to lead the game continued to help Inter Miami maintain pressure. Diego Gomez and Luis Suarez both had chances but could not take advantage. It was not until the 51st minute that Messi himself spoke up that the goal appeared.

From outside the penalty area, the Argentine star fired a shot with an unpleasant trajectory. Goalkeeper Melia, despite diving as far as he could, could only helplessly watch the ball go into the net.
