Some sections of the Luoc River dike through Hong Phong and Hiep Luc communes (Ninh Giang, Hai Duong) about 5 km long have now degraded, with many potholes, making it difficult for people to travel.
Not only are there many potholes, the above dike section also has some larger damaged areas. Every day, trucks carrying materials and hundreds of workers and farmers travel along this dike.
The dike of the Luoc River through the two communes above has been renovated many years ago. Voters in the commune have repeatedly reported on the above situation, requesting that authorities at all levels and sectors pay attention to repairing it so that people can travel conveniently and safely.
