Each agency and unit in Hai Duong province must ensure that at least 80% of its cadres, civil servants, public employees and workers participate in the contest.
From 0:00 on April 4, the online contest to raise awareness of preventing accidents caused by bombs, mines and explosives left over from war in Vietnam will begin.
The contest is organized by the Vietnam National Mine Action Center to raise awareness and change community behavior, contributing to reducing the number of mine accidents, protecting people's lives and health, helping people live safely and develop the economy in areas affected by mines.
In order for the contest to create a strong, practical spread and achieve high results, the Chairman of the People's Committee of Hai Duong province directed the heads of departments, branches, sectors and organizations in the province to study the contents related to the contest, pay attention to organizing and implementing the online contest at agencies and units and post the contest link on the electronic information pages of their departments, branches and units.
At the same time, propagate and mobilize cadres, civil servants, public employees and workers at their agencies and units to participate in the contest, ensuring that at least 80% of cadres, civil servants, public employees and workers participate.
Chairmen of People's Committees of districts, towns and cities pay attention to directing propaganda agencies and orienting cadres, party members, civil servants, public employees, workers and local people to actively participate in the contest.
Hai Duong Newspaper and the Provincial Radio and Television Station shall allocate appropriate time to publicize the contest with the content of the rules, participation methods, organization time and the award system of the contest. Develop newsletters, special pages or create links to the online contest on electronic newspapers to widely promote the contest to the contestants.
The Chairman of the People's Committee of Hai Duong province assigned the Provincial Military Command to preside over and coordinate with departments, branches, sectors, organizations and localities in the province to strengthen propaganda, urge, monitor and guide the response to the contest and regularly update and report to the Provincial People's Committee, ensuring the prescribed time and content.

How to take the exam: Candidates watch the video clip and then answer the multiple choice questions on a computer or other electronic devices with an internet connection according to the pre-designed question set software.
