4- Taking advantage of position and power to violate the provisions of law on land management.

5- Failure to provide information or provision of inaccurate land information, not meeting the time limit requirements as prescribed by law.

6- Not preventing or handling violations of land laws.

7- Failure to comply with legal regulations when exercising land user rights.

8- Using land and conducting transactions on land use rights without registering with the competent authority.

9- Failure to perform or incomplete performance of financial obligations to the State.

10- Obstructing or causing difficulties in land use and the exercise of land users' rights as prescribed by law.

11- Gender discrimination in land management and use.
