Ms. Kieu's family is in a particularly difficult situation. Her husband died early, she is raising a small child alone, and has no home. Before that, Ms. Kieu and her child had to rent a house.
The Chi Linh City Labor Federation has called on grassroots unions to save money and donated VND50 million to Ms. Kieu's family to build a house. The house is expected to be completed by the end of July, on the occasion of the 93rd anniversary of the founding of the Vietnam Trade Union (July 28, 1929 - July 28, 2022).
