The history book of Chi Linh City Party Committee will summarize the practice until 2025.

On the afternoon of December 24, the Chi Linh City Party Committee held the second workshop on compiling the history book of the Chi Linh City Party Committee (1930-2023).

The workshop was attended by scientists from the Institute of Party History (Ho Chi Minh National Academy of Politics), the Provincial Party Committee's Propaganda Department and leaders of Party building departments, localities and specialized departments of the city.

Concluding the workshop, Comrade Hoang Quoc Thuong, Secretary of the Chi Linh City Party Committee, emphasized that the history book of the city's Party Committee needs to accurately update the development stages of the Party Committee, especially important milestones reflecting the achievements of each historical period. Promoting the role of individuals, experts, scientists, predecessors... in verifying information and documents to ensure the accuracy of the history book...

The Standing Committee of the Chi Linh City Party Committee agreed to extend the time to summarize the practical experience of the history book to 2025 instead of the period 1930-2023 as before.

At the workshop, experts, scientists, and local leaders added many additional comments such as considering shortening chapter 1 introducing the land and people of Chi Linh; there should be a summary introducing Chi Linh with its customs, practices, and historical relics to make it easier for readers to absorb.

There are suggestions to add historical markers around the construction of the Pha Lai Thermal Power Plant; the construction of the Pha Lai - Quang Ninh railway system; and the establishment of a number of industrial vocational schools in the city...

The history book of Chi Linh City Party Committee will be published on the occasion of the 24th Chi Linh City Party Congress in 2025.
