Standing Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Luu Van Ban has just signed a decision to administratively sanction Mr. Nguyen Duy Th., born in 1970, living in Han Giang street (Hai Duong city).
Mr. Th. committed 2 violations of traffic safety order.
Previously, at 1:08 p.m. on June 6, at km 68 + 700 of National Highway 5, in Kim Thanh district, Mr. Nguyen Duy Th. drove a 34A-084.30 car on the road with a breath alcohol concentration exceeding 0.4 milligrams/liter of breath (the result of the alcohol test determined the alcohol concentration to be 0.446 mg/l) and drove the car at a speed exceeding the prescribed speed by 10 km/h to 20 km/h.
Mr. Th. was fined 35 million VND for violating alcohol concentration and 5 million VND for speeding. The total fine for the two violations was 40 million VND. At the same time, Mr. Th. had his driver's license revoked for 16 months.
