On the morning of October 3, the Military Command of Ninh Giang district (Hai Duong) held an inauguration ceremony and handed over a gratitude house to Mr. Ha Ngoc Chien in Zone 2, Ninh Giang town.
Mr. Chien is a 61% sick soldier, 25% disabled soldier, has difficult housing circumstances, and is unable to repair the house.
The house of gratitude has an area of 70 m2 with a total investment of 150 million VND. The Ninh Giang District Military Command supported 80 million VND, the remaining amount was contributed by family and relatives.
This is an activity showing the gratitude of the Ninh Giang district armed forces to policy families on the occasion of the 78th anniversary of the Traditional Day of the Armed Forces of Military Region 3 (October 31, 1945 - October 31, 2023).
