Opening of the National Conference to disseminate and implement Resolution of the 10th Central Conference

On the morning of October 20 in Hanoi, the Politburo and the Central Party Secretariat held a national conference to disseminate and implement the Resolution of the 10th Conference of the 13th Party Central Committee.

General Secretary and President To Lam attended and directed the conference at the Central bridge.

Also attending at the Central bridge were: Politburo member, Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh; Politburo member, National Assembly Chairman Tran Thanh Man; former Politburo member, former National Assembly Chairman Nguyen Thi Kim Ngan; Politburo member, Standing member of the Secretariat Luong Cuong and a number of Politburo members, members of the Secretariat.

The conference was held in person from the Central bridge at Dien Hong Hall, National Assembly House, combined with online access to 14,934 bridges with more than 1.2 million participants in the Party Committees directly under the Central Committee; the Party's advisory and support agencies at the Central level, the Party Executive Committees of ministries, branches, units, the Party Delegation of the Vietnam Fatherland Front, socio-political organizations; Provincial and Municipal Party Committees directly under the Central Committee, etc.

In Hai Duong province, more than 18,000 delegates attended the online conference at all levels.

Attending the conference at the Hai Duong Provincial Party Committee bridge at the Eastern Cultural Center (Hai Duong City) were Standing members of the Provincial Party Committee: Tran Duc Thang, Member of the Party Central Committee, Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee; Le Van Hieu, Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People's Council, Head of the Provincial National Assembly Delegation; Le Ngoc Chau, Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee.

According to the working program, at the conference, delegates will hear Politburo member, Director of the Ho Chi Minh National Academy of Politics, Chairman of the Central Theoretical Council Nguyen Xuan Thang convey "Key, core contents, new points in the draft Political Report at the 14th National Party Congress and the draft Summary Report on a number of theoretical and practical issues on the work of innovation in the direction of socialism over the past 40 years in Vietnam."

Politburo member and Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh conveyed "Key, core contents and new points in the draft Report on the assessment of 5 years of implementing the 10-year Socio-Economic Development Strategy 2021-2030; directions and tasks for socio-economic development in the 5 years of 2026-2030 and on the socio-economic situation, state budget in 2024, plan for 2025; 3-year state finance-budget plan 2025-2027; on the policy of investing in high-speed railway on the North-South axis; on the policy of establishing Hue city directly under the Central Government."

Member of the Politburo, Secretary of the Party Central Committee, Head of the Central Organization Commission Le Minh Hung conveyed "The key, core contents and new points in the draft Report summarizing the Party building work and implementing the Party Charter during the 13th Congress term; some basic contents on amending the Party's Election Regulations; on summarizing the personnel work of the 13th Congress and building the direction for personnel work of the 14th Party Congress".
