Thanh Ha District People's Committee assigned the Department of Education and Training to preside over and coordinate with relevant agencies to organize a traffic safety competition for students in the district from August to September 2024. Request communes, towns, high schools, the district's Vocational Education - Continuing Education Center and educational institutions to strengthen propaganda, raise awareness and sense of law enforcement on security, order and traffic safety of teenagers and students. The district police increased patrols, controls and strictly handled violations. The district Youth Union coordinated to deploy traffic safety school gate models at all schools and educational institutions in the district...

According to Thanh Ha District Police, from January 1, 2022 to the end of March 2024, there were 11 traffic accidents involving students in the district, killing 3 and injuring 10. The police discovered 136 students violating traffic laws, imposed a fine of 173 million VND, and temporarily detained 75 vehicles. 31 subjects aged 14-18 committed acts of disturbing public order, of which 14 subjects were prosecuted and criminally prosecuted, at a high level in the whole province.
