The People's Committee of Hai Duong province has just decided to announce technical documents guiding urgent solutions to enhance fire prevention and fighting safety conditions applicable in the province.
Technical documents guiding urgent solutions to strengthen fire escape, prevent fire spread and equip fire prevention, fire fighting and rescue equipment for multi-storey houses, multi-apartment houses with common walkways and stairs; individual houses combined with production and business (including houses for rent) announced by the Institute of Construction Science and Technology, Ministry of Construction to be applied in Hai Duong province.
This is a reference document on some common, urgent, typical technical solutions. The document can be applied when proposing and developing plans to improve the ability to prevent fires and create conditions to minimize the risk of loss of life for users if a fire occurs in existing multi-storey, multi-apartment, and single-family houses combined with production and business (including rental housing).
The solution groups in the document do not replace the fire safety requirements specified in fire safety regulations and standards.
