The number of students applying for high-quality grade 6 admission in many schools has increased sharply.

Binh Minh Secondary School (Hai Duong City) has 641 applications, an increase of 112 applications compared to last year, while only recruiting 160 students.

This year, many secondary schools enrolling high-quality 6th grade students have seen a sharp increase in the number of applications compared to last year.

Three secondary schools in Hai Duong city: Le Quy Don, Binh Minh, Vo Thi Sau enroll 480 students, while there are 1,628 applications, an increase of 363 students compared to last year.

Phan Boi Chau Secondary School (Tu Ky) recruits 160 students, with 500 applications. Nguyen Trai Secondary School (Nam Sach) recruits 156 students, with about 430 applications. Nguyen Luong Bang Secondary School (Thanh Mien) recruits 175 students, with more than 400 applications. Pham Su Manh Secondary School (Kinh Mon) recruits 135 students, with 300 applications. Nguyen Hue Secondary School (Cam Giang) recruits 160 students, while there are 526 applications, an increase of 86 applications compared to last year. Le Thanh Nghi Secondary School (Gia Loc) recruits 130 students, with more than 300 applications, an increase of about 50 applications...

Some schools are still accepting applications.

This year, many schools also increased their enrollment quotas, such as Chu Van An Secondary School (Thanh Ha) increased its quota by 30, and Nguyen Luong Bang Secondary School increased its quota by 15. The remaining schools basically kept their quotas stable.

Representatives of the leaders of the above secondary schools said that the reason for the sharp increase in registration applications is that this year the number of 5th grade primary school students is higher than last year, and partly depends on the different admission conditions of each school.

From June 6 to 25, the above localities will organize for students who meet the admission requirements to take the competency assessment test. The district-level Departments of Education and Training will guide and organize the enrollment to be completed before July 1, 2023.

Previously, from June 6-7, Thanh Ha district with Chu Van An Secondary School and Tu Ky with Phan Boi Chau Secondary School were the two localities that organized the earliest high-quality 6th grade entrance exam for students. Tu Ky was the first locality in the province to announce the list of admitted students.
