Many difficult circumstances affected by storm and flood No. 3 in Thanh Ha (Hai Duong) have been connected and supported.

On the morning of September 28, the Farmers' Association, Women's Union and Youth Union of Thanh Ha district coordinated with Thanh Ha General Clinic to examine and provide free medicine to 150 disadvantaged people affected by storm No. 3 in Ha Dong communes including Thanh Quang, Thanh Hong, Vinh Lap, Thanh Cuong. People coming for examination were given ultrasound, electrocardiogram, blood pressure measurement, and blood tests.
Some sponsors have coordinated to give 10 gifts, worth 200,000 VND each, to the needy people who come for medical examination. The total cost of the program is 40 million VND.
After storm No. 3, Ha Dong communes of Thanh Ha district still suffered from severe flooding, which had a long-term impact on housing and agricultural production. Thanh Ha district leaders have directed agencies, departments, and organizations to pay attention to and help people overcome difficulties and stabilize their lives.
