It is expected that the Director of the Provincial Police will report and discuss in the hall about 3 groups of issues: The situation of crimes and violations related to fraud and appropriation of property on cyberspace; the fight against crimes and social evils related to drugs, especially non-traditional drug crimes, the situation of law violations by young people; the work of preserving evidence, means of administrative violations and measures to minimize the situation of damaged means and losses.
The Director of the Department of Planning and Investment will report and discuss in the hall the implementation and disbursement of public investment capital in 2024, and the review and handling of projects outside industrial parks that are behind schedule.
During the discussion, the meeting chair will invite some more leaders of departments and localities to speak on issues of interest to delegates and voters.

Upon request, heads of departments and branches shall report an overview of the outstanding performance results of the branch in 2024, within no more than 5 minutes.
On that basis, provincial People's Council delegates register and ask questions about issues of concern under the direction of the session chair.
