Hai Duong Provincial People's Council discusses and questions issues of public concern

It is expected that the Director of the Provincial Police will report and discuss in the hall about 3 groups of issues: The situation of crimes and violations related to fraud and appropriation of property on cyberspace; the fight against crimes and social evils related to drugs, especially non-traditional drug crimes, the situation of law violations by young people; the work of preserving evidence, means of administrative violations and measures to minimize the situation of damaged means and losses.

The Director of the Department of Planning and Investment will report and discuss in the hall the implementation and disbursement of public investment capital in 2024, and the review and handling of projects outside industrial parks that are behind schedule.

During the discussion, the meeting chair will invite some more leaders of departments and localities to speak on issues of interest to delegates and voters.

Hai Duong Provincial People's Council delegates will question five department directors and the Chief Justice of the Provincial People's Court.

The Director of the Department of Industry and Trade will answer questions about solutions to attract businesses to invest in industrial park infrastructure and planning of gas stations.

Director of Department of Construction answers questions about investment in social housing construction.

The Director of the Department of Natural Resources and Environment answered questions about administrative procedure reform in the field of land, procedures for granting land use right certificates, solutions for treating domestic waste in rural areas...

Director of Department of Information and Communications answers questions about solutions to effectively exploit online public services.

The Director of the Department of Health answered questions about state management of private medical and pharmaceutical practice and bidding for drugs, chemicals and medical supplies.

The Chief Justice of the Provincial People's Court answered questions about the work of preparing records, the effectiveness of the work of reviewing and applying administrative measures at the People's Court, and the activities of mediation and dialogue at the court, and solutions to increase the rate of successful mediation and dialogue between disputing parties.

Upon request, heads of departments and branches shall report an overview of the outstanding performance results of the branch in 2024, within no more than 5 minutes.

On that basis, provincial People's Council delegates register and ask questions about issues of concern under the direction of the session chair.

The answers go straight to the issues that the delegates are interested in. The time to answer each question is no more than 3 minutes.
