Thousands of free train and plane tickets for workers to return home for Tet 2025

Vice President of the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor Phan Van Anh said that the subjects of care during Tet are all union members and workers, with priority given to those in especially difficult circumstances, those who have had work accidents, occupational diseases, serious illnesses, those affected by natural disasters, storms and floods, those who have had their working hours reduced, those who have lost their jobs, those who are owed wages and bonuses, etc.

According to the leader of the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor, the Vietnam Trade Union will organize the program "Tet Sum Vay - Spring of gratitude to the Party" associated with a number of specific activities such as the opening of the program "Trade Union Tet Market 2025", launching the program "Trade Union Bus - Spring 2025", "Trade Union Train - Spring 2025"... The Vietnam Trade Union will advise, organize, and participate in working delegations of leaders of the Party, State, Central Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front, Vietnam General Confederation of Labor, central departments, ministries, branches, National Assembly delegations and local leaders to visit, give gifts, and wish Tet to union members and workers.

Along with that, the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor will direct the organization of the "Union Train - Spring 2025" program to support about 2,000 round-trip train tickets, the "Union Flight - Spring 2025" program to support about 400 one-way air tickets for union members and workers working in the southern localities to return to their hometowns to celebrate Tet in the northern localities... During the Lunar New Year 2025, union levels will step up the work of caring for union members and workers who are still in difficulty and have low incomes with support levels from 500,000 VND to 1,000,000 VND/person from union financial resources.
