The Chairman of the People's Committee of Hai Duong province has requested all levels, sectors and units to strengthen propaganda and dissemination to cadres, civil servants, public employees and workers to strictly implement regulations on public service culture, discipline, administrative discipline, practice thrift, combat waste and prevent corruption.
