On September 27, the Standing Committee of Hai Duong Provincial Party Committee decided to establish a Steering Committee to implement the arrangement of commune-level administrative units in the province for the period 2023-2025.
The Steering Committee for the implementation of the arrangement of commune-level administrative units in the province for the period 2023-2025 is headed by Comrade Tran Duc Thang, Member of the Party Central Committee, Secretary of Hai Duong Provincial Party Committee.
Comrades: Le Van Hieu, Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People's Council, Head of the Provincial National Assembly Delegation; Trieu The Hung, Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee as Deputy Heads of the Steering Committee.
Along with the leaders of the committee, the Steering Committee for the implementation of the arrangement of commune-level administrative units in the province for the period 2023-2025 has 37 members, including members of the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee; leaders of the People's Council, People's Committee; leaders of the Provincial Party Committee Office, the Provincial People's Committee Office, departments, socio-political organizations of the province, the Provincial Radio and Television Station, Hai Duong Newspaper; Secretaries of District and Town Party Committees in the province.
The Steering Committee is responsible for assisting the Standing Committee of Hai Duong Provincial Party Committee in leading and directing the organization and implementation of the arrangement of commune-level administrative units in the province for the period 2023-2025.
The Steering Committee works part-time and dissolves itself after completing its tasks; it may requisition cadres and civil servants from relevant agencies, units and localities to perform its tasks.
Hai Duong Department of Home Affairs is the standing agency assisting the Steering Committee, using the seal of the Department of Home Affairs in implementing tasks assigned by the Steering Committee; presiding over and coordinating with relevant agencies and units to advise on task assignment, develop and implement plans and work programs of the Steering Committee.
