Hai Duong province continues to inspect the second phase of 2024 for projects outside industrial parks that are behind schedule and do not comply with regulations.
According to the Department of Planning and Investment of Hai Duong province, the unit is coordinating with the Department of Construction, the Department of Natural Resources and Environment, and the District People's Committees to continue to inspect and evaluate 26 projects that are behind schedule and not implemented in accordance with regulations in the province. This is the second review of slow-progress investment projects in 2024 in Hai Duong province.
26 projects were inspected in 11 districts, cities and towns (except Ninh Giang district). Hai Duong city has 8 projects, Chi Linh city and Thanh Ha district each have 4 projects, the remaining localities have 1-2 projects. In addition, the Department of Planning and Investment also requested the Department of Natural Resources and Environment and the district People's Committees to proactively review projects that are behind schedule and report to the department before September 15.
Previously, in early 2024, the Department of Planning and Investment presided over, coordinated the inspection, classification and proposed solutions to handle 117 investment projects outside industrial parks that were behind schedule and not implemented in accordance with regulations in the province.
