By the end of July 15, 12 districts, towns and cities of Hai Duong had completed organizing the Congress of delegates of the District Youth Union as planned.
According to the preliminary assessment of the Secretariat of the Hai Duong Provincial Youth Union, the congresses were successful. All congresses fully implemented the contents according to regulations and instructions. Documents presented at the congresses ensured quality. Most localities produced reports at the congresses to clarify the outstanding results of the association's work and youth movements in the 2019-2024 term.
The Congress of the Youth Union of districts, towns and cities in the province has consulted and elected from 21 to 33 members to participate in the new term's Youth Union Committee, basically ensuring sufficient quantity, structure and composition.
The 6th Congress of the Hai Duong Provincial Youth Union, term 2024-2029, is expected to take place at the end of August.
