The Standing Committee of Hai Duong Provincial Party Committee requested the Standing Committee of the Provincial Youth Union, the Standing Committees of District Party Committees, Town Party Committees, City Party Committees, relevant agencies and units to focus on directing and creating conditions for the Vietnam Youth Union at all levels in the province to successfully organize the congress, ensuring practicality, efficiency, innovation, creativity, application of technology, and digital transformation in the organization of the congress.

The Congress of the Vietnam Youth Union at the grassroots level will be completed in May 2024, the district level in August 2024, and the Congress of the Vietnam Youth Union at the provincial level will be completed before October 15, 2024.
