According to the Hai Duong Provincial Military Command, by May 30, all agencies and units under the Provincial Military Command had completed organizing the Emulation Congress for Victory at the grassroots level of the armed forces for the period 2019-2024.
The congresses were held solemnly, ensuring the scheduled progress.
The grassroots emulation congress summarized the emulation and reward work and the emulation movement for the period of 2019-2024; honored and rewarded collectives and individuals with outstanding achievements in the emulation movement for the period of 2019-2024; and determined the direction, goals and tasks for the period of 2024-2029.
Hai Duong has 144 collectives and 203 individuals who have excellently completed their tasks and were awarded at the Victory Emulation Congress at all levels for the period 2019-2024. The provincial Victory Emulation Congress is scheduled to be held on July 4.
