Hai Duong adjusts housing development program in accordance with land allocation targets

Speaking at the meeting, Standing Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Luu Van Ban requested that the adjustment of housing development programs and plans in localities must be consistent with allocated land targets and regional planning. The allocation of land targets must be carried out in order of priority, with priority given to major projects in the province that are attracting investment.

According to the Department of Construction, the maximum residential land area allowed for development by 2030 in Hai Duong is nearly 2,400 hectares, including more than 1,600 hectares of residential land according to demand calculations, the rest is residential land of regional dynamic projects.
