Hai Duong has the first two grassroots unions

The Labor Federation of Kinh Mon Town and Chi Linh City held a launching ceremony for the Independent Preschool Education Facility Union on October 27. These are the first two grassroots unions in Hai Duong established under the Charter of the 12th Vietnam Trade Union.

The Union of Independent Preschools in Chi Linh City has 30 members. The Union of Independent Preschools in Kinh Mon Town has 23 members.

The establishment of the Independent Preschool Education Facility Union plays an important role in representing, caring for, and protecting the legitimate and legal rights and interests of teachers and employees working at independent preschool facilities and classes. At the same time, it builds harmonious and stable labor relations in non-public preschool facilities and classes.

On this occasion, the Chi Linh City Labor Federation and Kinh Mon Town gave gifts to a number of union members in difficult circumstances.

Grassroots trade unions gather freelance workers who legally work in the same industry, profession, by location or by employer. A trade union is established when there are 5 union members or 5 or more workers who voluntarily apply to join the Vietnam Trade Union.

The task of the trade union is to represent, care for, and protect the legitimate and legal rights and interests of union members; to collect opinions and aspirations of union members to find solutions to support, help or reflect, make recommendations, and propose to competent authorities for resolution.
