Two pairs of siblings in Chi Linh and Gia Loc districts (Hai Duong) and another subject invited each other to illegally use drugs in a rented room.

The People’s Court of Chi Linh City has just sentenced five defendants for organizing the illegal use and possession of drugs. Among them are two pairs of brothers, Phu Van Manh and Phu Van Hung in Bac An Commune (Chi Linh) and Hoang Van Nam and Hoang Van Bac in Toan Thang Commune (Gia Loc).
Specifically, Manh (born in 1999) received 8 years and 5 months in prison; Hung (born in 1998) 7 years and 1 month in prison; Bac (born in 2004) 7 years and 3 months in prison; Nam (born in 2004) 7 years and 2 months in prison and Nguyen Van Thuan (born in 2005 in Ben Tam ward, Chi Linh city) 7 years and 3 months in prison.
From 10:30 p.m. on June 1 to 10:00 a.m. on June 2, at his rented room, Manh initiated and went with Thuan to buy Methamphetamine. Bac contributed an additional 700,000 VND and invited Nam and Hung to use drugs together.
During the inspection, Chi Linh City Police discovered and seized evidence and 0.165 grams of Methamphetamine that Manh had hidden in the closet next to the bed.
