Nearly 100,000 people in Hai Duong receive pensions and benefits according to the new salary level.

According to Decree No. 75/2024/ND-CP dated June 30, 2024 of the Government on adjusting pensions, social insurance benefits and monthly allowances, from July 1, 2024, the pension, social insurance benefits and monthly allowances will increase by 15% for groups of cadres, civil servants, public employees and workers who are receiving pensions, social insurance benefits and monthly allowances.

Pensioners, social insurance beneficiaries, and monthly beneficiaries before January 1, 1995, after adjustment, whose benefit level is lower than 3.5 million VND/month, will continue to be adjusted as follows: increase by 300,000 VND/month if the benefit level is less than 3.2 million VND; increase by 3.5 million VND/month if the benefit level is from 3.2 to less than 3.5 million VND.

Payment time for beneficiaries via personal accounts starts from July 1, 2024. Beneficiaries receive in cash at payment points starting from July 4, 2024.

According to statistics from the Hai Duong Provincial Social Insurance, the province currently has 96,585 people receiving pensions and benefits according to the new salary level. Of which, 26,861 cases were paid directly and 69,724 cases were paid pensions and social insurance benefits through accounts. The total amount paid was more than 520 billion VND, an increase of nearly 70 billion VND.

Hai Duong Provincial Social Insurance encourages beneficiaries to register to receive pensions and social insurance benefits through non-cash methods to save time and travel expenses, ensure health in case of illness or bad weather; easily look up payment history, amount, account balance, limit risks and loss of cash.
