Nearly 1,400 delegates will attend the 10th National Congress of the Vietnam Fatherland Front for the 2024-2029 term with the theme of Solidarity - Democracy - Innovation - Creativity - Development.
With the theme "Solidarity - Democracy - Innovation - Creativity - Development", the 10th National Congress of the Vietnam Fatherland Front for the 2024-2029 term took place from October 16-18 in Hanoi.
The congress was attended by nearly 1,400 delegates.
The Congress is expected to implement 6 action programs, including: Promoting propaganda and mobilization work, gathering people from all walks of life, strengthening social consensus, and promoting the strength of the great national unity bloc.
Improve the quality and effectiveness of social supervision and criticism, practice democracy, and participate in Party and State building.
Encourage people of all walks of life to compete, be creative, and effectively carry out campaigns and emulation movements.
Promote the people's role as masters and self-management spirit, build a united, prosperous and happy residential area.
Improve the effectiveness of people-to-people diplomacy and work with Vietnamese people abroad.
Continue to innovate the organizational structure, content and methods of operation; improve the capacity of the Front's staff at all levels.
