The European Union (EU) has just imposed sanctions on more than 10 individuals and organizations believed to be involved in Iran's military support policy for Russia.
On October 14, the EU imposed sanctions on seven individuals and seven organizations, including Iran Air, for their alleged involvement in Iran's military support policy for Russia.
Also on the list are Saha Airlines and Mahan Air, Deputy Defense Minister Seyed Hamzeh Ghalandari, senior officials of the Iranian Revolutionary Guard Corps (IRG, or military) and executives of aircraft manufacturer IAMI and the Space Industries Organization.
The sanctions also include asset freezes and travel bans in the EU.
Last month, the US also imposed sanctions on Iranian companies and ships for the same reason. Iranian President Masoud Pazeshkian has denied the accusation.
